ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package. You can also log in to your account to track the progress of your order. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email orders@mayabrenner.com

9.75% sales tax will be automatically charged to CA residents.

SHIPPING
We ship all of our packages insured via UPS (ground, 3 day, or 2 day). The fee is based upon your location and delivery method. This will be calculated in real-time during check out.

We make every effort to keep our jewelry in stock. All in stock items will ship within 2 business days. Custom items such as multiple Letter necklaces and States with diamonds can take up to 1 week to ship.

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please email orders@mayabrenner.com to confirm that the item is in stock. 
Ordering with expedited shipping does not guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We welcome international orders. Please choose the international shipping option during checkout and your package will be shipped USPS priority express. Delivery can take 6 - 10 business days and does not include any delay in customs. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. 

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Please be sure to provide exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 2 weeks of the date is was shipped to you. In order to make a return, please contact us at orders@mayabrenner.com for confirmation. For your protection, please ensure that your return is shipped insured mail and includes a copy of your receipt. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Maya Brenner Designs is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

All custom orders are final sale.

To all our loyal customers - due to the increasing price of gold (up 40% in the last year - yikes), we have had to adjust our prices accordingly. We will continue to offer online discounts via our mailing list to help soften the blow. We look forward to your continued support.
