ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive
a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.

SHIPPING
In stock items will ship immediately. All others will ship within 2 weeks of
placing the order. Orders are shipped insured UPS GROUND at a flat rate
of $12.00 or as priority shipping of UPS 2 day air at a flat rate of $25.00.

8.25% sales tax will be automatically charged to CA residents.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Please be sure to provide exact billing address
for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 2 weeks
of the date is was shipped to you. In order to make a return, please contact us at
orders@mayabrenner.com for confirmation. For your protection, please ensure that
your return is shipped insured mail and includes a copy of your receipt. Please note
that shipping costs are not refundable. Maya Brenner Designs is not responsible for
returns that are lost in the mail.
